Because our products are digital downloads and customizable templates, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All wedding website templates, digital stationery templates, wedding planners, and downloadable products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed and access has been granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same order.
You did not receive access to the purchased product.
The product is defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind.
Accidental purchases.
Failure to read the product description.
Incompatibility with third-party software or services not explicitly listed in the product description.
Lack of technical knowledge required to customize the template.
Personal preference regarding design, colors, fonts, or layout.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
