Digital downloads
Editable template designs

No physical products are shipped.

Orders

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

Millustration Atelier reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other authorized payment providers available at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Customers receive access to purchased products immediately after successful payment unless otherwise stated.

Delivery instructions, download links, or access information will be provided on the order confirmation page and/or via email.

License and Permitted Use

All products remain the intellectual property of Millustration Atelier.

Upon purchase, customers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product.

Customers may not:

Resell products.
Redistribute files.
Share download links.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute products.
Claim the designs as their own.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate purchases.
Failure to receive access to purchased products.
Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Limitation of Liability

Millustration Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
